Basic Support
Basic support helps you to resolve any issue with Site Builder CX by having our technical support to attend to your system personally to make sure it works right for you. | $20 per case |

Customization Support
As you may need to tune certain parts of Site Builder CX to match your needs, you can have it done with Customization Support service. This service is only application to minor modification of applications but not include major development of applications. | $200 per case |

Basic Support Terms
All information will be kept confidential.
We require you to provide full access to the system.
Support purchase is non refundable.
As standard procedure, we will login to the system to find out what is the cause of the issue reported. We will provide fixes to the system if it requires.
We do not guarantee the solution as it may due to server, operation system, 3rd party software, improper usage which are out of our control. However, we will be responsible for issues within our applications.
In the event that the issue is not due to our application, the support service is considered as being carried out.
Does not include future server changes, site upgrades or site moves
Does not include server configuration or setup
Does not include installation of PHP, MySQL, phpMyAdmin or any other server modules or PHP extensions
Does not include integration of web pages or any other custom programming service
