	Browse by Category   Back To Top No Sub Categories Search For Articles Back To List Back To Home Scheduling and Send Newsletters Using Cron Job Before you schedule a newsletter, please make sure that you have: setup cron on your web server properly. set the $configpath variable in /oneadmin/newsletter/wce.sendcron.php file to your Document Path (the complete path to your /oneadmin directory), such as '/home/sitename/public_html/oneadmin/' More information on setting up cron and modify the wce.sendcron.php file Login to your One Admin control panel, click on Delivery Schedule. Complete the following fields as described below: Delivery Date: the date your newsletter is to be sent. Use the  icon to select a delivery date. Choose Newsletter: select which newsletter to send to your subscribers. Choose Subscriber Group: which subscriber's group the newsletter is targeted to. Click on the 'Add To Schedule' button. The email addresses in the selected subscriber's group will be added to the schedule list. This list keeps all the scheduled newsletters with its target email addresses. A popup window that shows the sending progress will not appear. Your scheduled newsletter will be sent out automatically the next time the cron runs, usually in every hour (eg: 1.00, 2.00, 3.00). Note: You can not set a newsletter to send to one specific email address. Your email will always go to your subscribers added to the newsletter group.
